Reflection: As I did not receive ANY feedback on my last post I'm assuming no one in our group watched it which is ok but I don't have much to reflect on. I feel that I changed a few points and the angle that I approached the problem I'm addressing from, and I maintained that in this video. What Changed: Nothing here changed because I didn't have feedback to base any changes off of this time.

1. Conveniently Placed Valuable: Very! You don't want drivers to have to go out of the way to connect to an express lane. Rare: Not so much. Most places have various places for drivers to get on. Inimitable: No, most places are conveniently placed Non-Substitutable: Yes, if it is too far out of the way, people won't take it, so placement is key. 2. Saves Time Valuable: Yes. Using express lanes will save everyone time. Rare: No, all express lanes are made to save people time. Inimitable: No, they all do this. Non-Substitutable: Yes, if it didn't save people time, then they would not be needed. 3. Prices for Everyone Valuable: Yes! Rare: Yes. I've never heard of an express lane that allows people to pick different membership amounts to limit the amount of times they can use the express lane. My cousin is a civil engineer who just recently graduated, so she did not have a lot of experience, but she was able to get me in contact with a coworker who has been working for years, and I was able to sit on the phone with them for an extended period of time. 4. 1. Me: As team captain of both my club and varsity soccer team, I've been captain for over 5 years. This increased my leadership and communication ability ten fold. On top of that, being a people person has increased my ability to communicate even further and aided in my ability to persuade others as well. I have aspirations to become some one to remember and someone in which my friends and family can look up to. The general theme: There were a lot of things to take out of this book, but the book was generally about self improvement and how to better yourself regardless of surrounding situations. 2. How this book connected and enhanced my ENT3003 experience: Throughout the book, there were countless moments in which you could tie certain aspects of what the author wrote to Entrepreneurship. Explaining that there are more failures than successes is a common concept that we all know but tend to over look. Trying out new ideas by being an entrepreneur will most definitely follow along this path. Facts Stated: According to a  2011 study  by the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety, there are over 1200 documented incidents of road rage throughout the United States every year. A  report  by  Seattle-based INRIX and the Centre for Economics and Business research found that in 2013, Americans lost $124 billion in wasted gasoline and productivity loss due to the time they spent in congested traffic.  Proposal: Add express lanes to major highways near major cities to dilute congestion! My customer's avatar is a man in his late 40's, with a family, and with a decent job in which he must drive 30 minutes to reach. His life has had many ups and downs but he is now living semi comfortably with his wife and 2 kids. On the weekends he enjoys to relax at home or head to the beach. He drives a four door sedan that's relatively new (within the last 4 years). He enjoys reading fiction books in his free time and has to wear thick reading glasses to do so. He is republican but had enough brain cells not to vote for Trump, and a majority of his friends are democrats. Both of his sons are in their early teens and both play soccer, so he has to drive them to soccer practice every Tuesday and Thursday after work at 6:30 pm. What Do I Have In Common? My segment remains the same as it was last time. Middle aged men or women with families who drive 30 minutes or more to work. As a reminder, my service is an express lane in which people can take in order to avoid traffic or get to other places in a timely manner. For this segment, I interviewed my father and two of his coworkers who drive to NASA every day and live at least 30 minutes from their jobs. After interviewing them all, I was able to find out quite a bit about their preferences, and it turns out that they aren't all the exact same. It is difficult to cater to all three simultaneously even though they are all part of my segment, but where there is a will, there's a way! To sum up the interviews, it turns out that they all appreciate the convenience of online shopping instead of having to go out of their way to get something they want. This is my first semester at UF, and there are a lot of big changes that you have to take into consideration. Coming from a smaller community college where minimal effort was required, I was not initially prepared for the amount of work and juggling all my classes as I should have been. However, you start to get in the groove of things after awhile. 1. Make sure that you do everything in a timely manner. You do not want to be a procrastinator because it is easy to fall behind. Time management is a major factor when it comes to your school work! Make sure you stay ahead so if something comes up you don't fall behind in your work. Life is unpredictable so prepare for the unknown as best you can. 2. Being able to balance your school work, job, moving into a new place, and moving far away from everyone you know can be extremely stressful.
